The Buzz has learned that Billy Bigley has been released as the driver of the No. 75 Spears Manufacturing Chevrolet in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.

Bigley, the 2000 Gatorade All Pro Series, NASCAR Touring champion, finished 13th in points, with one top-five and eight top-10 finishes.

Texan David Starr, who had only five starts this season but logged three top-five and four top-10 finishes, will finally get an opportunity to do a full Craftsman Truck season for a solid operation for Wayne Spears.
