CONCORD, N.C. -- Copart and Roush Fenway Racing have entered into an agreement for Copart to sponsor Carl Edwards and the No. 60 Ford. Copart, a leading online vehicle auction, will appear as the primary sponsor on the No. 60 for 16 races beginning in 2010 and will appear as an associate sponsor on the Ford entry for the remaining races.

"I'm very excited about the Copart relationship," Edwards said. "It will be fun to help them grow their business and make people aware of how many cars they sell through their online auctions. Speaking with the folks at Copart I realized that my father and I used to buy cars from an auction in Columbia, Missouri that is now owned by Copart.
"We used to fix the cars up and get them re-inspected and sold. We bought 10 to 15 cars from those folks and I didn't realize at the time I was learning Copart's business and I can say that it was really great for us. It will be fun to get the word out on what they do and how many vehicles are out there and available at really great prices."
Copart will first appear as a primary sponsor at Fontana in February. Edwards, the 2007 series champion, has one win, two poles, six top-five finishes and seven top-10s in nine starts at the 2-mile oval.
