Barry Dodson has a chance in 2001 to earn his second Winston Cup championship with a driver named Wallace. Dodson got his early schooling in the sport as part of the dominant, championship winning teams at Petty Enterprises. He was the chief mechanic in 1989 for Blue Max Racing, when Rusty Wallace won his lone Winston Cup title. Since then he has served for a number of teams and is now a part-owner of Eel River Racing, where he will try to engineer youngest Wallace brother Kenny's first Winston Cup victory.
