Veteran mechanic Bobby King of Richmond, Va., seized the opportunity to work with veteran hometown car owner Junie Donlavey in 2001 and hoped to put his many years of experience, primarily in the Busch Series, to work with journeyman driver Hut Stricklin. King has spent much time in Victory Lane, most notably with car owner Don Beverley and drivers Jimmy Hensley and Hermie Sadler; and most recently worked with Grubb Racing's family operation.
