Kevin Hamlin, a native of Michigan, will work with rookie Kevin Harvick, who took over driving duties for RCR following the death of Dale Earnhardt. Hamlin takes a low-key but focused approach to his business and has had an increasing amount of success since he and Larry McReynolds swapped roles within Richard Childress' organization a couple seasons ago, when Hamlin was working with driver Mike Skinner.
