Lee McCall has the daunting task as a rookie crew chief in 2001 of returning a winning driver, Sterling Marlin, to Victory Lane while getting Dodge's rookie car make up to speed for Chip Ganassi Racing with Felix Sabates. McCall most recently worked as Jeremy Mayfield's chief mechanic for a two-win season at Penske Racing and will have the opportunity to work alongside team manager Andy Graves, who will make the race day calls for Marlin.
