RaceCast Help Page
Racecast has been extensively tested on Windows 98, 2000, and NT using IE 5, IE 5.5, Netscape 4.7 and Netscape 6. Although we have testing many configurations, you may still experience problems. Below are some troubleshooting tips to get you up and running.
Racecast uses Java technology in order to bring you updated race highlights.
Your computer must have a recent Java Virtual Machine to function properly. If you are having trouble with Microsoft Internet Explorer, try using the Microsoft java help page:

Both Netscape and Internet Explorer Windows users might also try to
download the Java plugin:

In order to view and listen to audio and video features on NASCAR.com you need to download Real Player. This player can be downloaded at the following link.
Scroll down the page and click on the heading Real Player 8 Basic - is our free player.
Fill in the appropriate info and download the player. The easiest way, is to download your player to your desktop, once on your player is on your local hard drive, double click on the Real icon and run the executable file. Once the player is installed you will be able to listen to the all of the audio and video content on NASCAR.com.
