To Enter: Complete an entry form online at www.nascar.com. You will be asked to provide your first and last name, complete mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and date of birth. You may also be asked to answer optional questions; however, they need not be answered in order to be eligible for the sweepstakes. You may also hand print your name, complete address, zip code, daytime phone number, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail in a first class stamped envelope to: TEAM FORD RACING CHOOSES YOU , PO Box 490, Dearborn, MI 48121-9961. All methods of entry must be received by 12:00 Noon on 11/01/2004. Multiple entries and mechanically reproduced copies will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person, regardless of means by which entry was made.

Drawing: Three (3) First Prize winners will be randomly selected or about 11/02/2004 from all entries received. Winners will be notified by phone on or about 11/02/2004. Ford Racing Program Headquarters will supervise the drawing. In the event of any mechanical or other type of malfunction with reference to the First Prize, Ford Racing Program Headquarters and its authorized agents shall have the unilateral right, at any time, to substitute the random method to be utilized in the awarding of the First Prize. Prizes: First Prize (3): Each First Prize winner and his or her travel companion will receive:

Travel and any other expenses not stated, including all taxes, are solely the responsibility of the winner. General Conditions: Winners, by acceptance of prize, (a) agree that neither Ford Motor Company, its dealers, nor Turner Sports Interactive, Inc , or their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising & promotion agencies, & their respected officers, directors, employees, representatives & agents will have no liability whatsoever for, & shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes or participation in any sweepstakes related activity, & (b) except where legally prohibited, grant permission (and agree to confirm that grant in writing, upon request) for the sponsor and those acting under its authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising &/or publicity purposes without additional compensation. The First Prizes have been furnished for promotional or advertising consideration, and will be awarded in “As Is” condition.
