The use of the Widgets also is subject to the terms and conditions of the NASCAR.COM Interactive Service Agreement, which governs the use of NASCAR.COM's websites, information services and content and the NASCAR.COM Privacy Policy. These Terms of Use and the NASCAR.COM Interactive Service Agreement may be changed by TSI at any time without notice.

Use of Widgets
Widgets provide access to NASCAR.COM content outside of the NASCAR.COM domain. These Terms of Use govern your use of the widgets. Placement of Widgets
TSI prohibits the placement of widgets on sites that involve:

• Pornography
• Nudity
• Racism
• Violence
• Illegal activities
• Politics
• Religion
• The Confederate Flag
• Gambling

Link to Content Pages
The Widgets may be used only with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article, driver page, Crew, blog, schedule or standings list on the NASCAR.COM Site. You may not display the Widgets Content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable NASCAR.COM Site web page. You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the Widget link and the applicable NASCAR.COM Site web page.

Ownership/Attribution
TSI and NASCAR retain all ownership and other rights in the Widget Content. NASCAR retains all ownership and other rights in the NASCAR.COM logos and trademarks. All rights reserved. All other trademarks appearing in the Widget Content are the property of their respective owners. You acknowledge and agree that we may use data capture, syndication analysis and other similar tools to track, extract, compile, aggregate and analyze any data or information resulting from use of a widget. To the extent that any such data or information is collected by TSI, TSI and NASCAR exclusively own such data or information and may use such data or information for any lawful purpose. The provisions of this paragraph are in addition to, and not intended to limit or modify, the proprietary rights paragraph of these terms.

Right to Discontinue Widgets
TSI reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the Widgets at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the Widgets for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use. Neither TSI, NASCAR, nor any of their respective affiliates, sponsors, licensees, nor any NASCAR-participating drivers, teams or track promoter assume any liability for any of your activities in connection with the Widgets or for your use of the Widgets in connection with your website.
